I have. Amazon takes a huge bite out of Kindle sales, however I've found that Smashwords (http://www.smashwords.com) makes books available for a variety of e-reader formats and takes a much smaller cut. Some technical issues there (like having to get the book back into Word format after typesetting it in a publisher. It's in the works, but not a high priority yet. Then there's this inventory of physical books I have to get rid of! So the answer is yes, but not immediately.
